Minimum Order:
Minimum Dollar Amount: $200.00 per order. Less than minimum, a $30.00 charge will apply.
Payments:
Credit Cards or COD Money Order for all new customers.
COD shipments:
Freight cost plus COD fee.
Returns:
What is covered? Manufacturer’s defects
What is Not Covered? Wear and tear; Non-sellable items
Roma’s Return Policy:
New Items:
1. Merchandise may be returned within 10 business days after receipt.
2. To return, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from our office. This
number must be placed on the box (es) that are being returned. Returned boxes without
a RMA number will be refused by our warehouse. Please note that you will be required to
list the items requesting for return and the reasons for return.
3. Returned merchandise must be in new and resalable condition. Any items in old
condition will not be credited and returned to the sender at his or her expense.
4. Credit amount for each item will be the lowest price between our current P3 price and
the lowest paid amount for the item by the customer.
5. Any non-damaged items returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Used / Old Items:
6. Any sold, opened, damaged by wear and tear, or used items cannot be returned for
credit or repair. |
